I use outlook express. When I get emails its fine, however if the email is more than a few lines long or a picture, it bounces. I have deleted all my folders and it still does it. The helpdesk keeps saying it bounces because my mailbox quota would be over exceeded. It however is empty so its impossible to do that! Is there a way to reset the box to receive more or at least the larger emails, or is it a virus I have? Like I say a line or 2 will go through but any larer and it bounces….
