I work for an accounting firm and we used to use NetSuite for our customer database and keeping track of work to do, in progress and complete. It worked great and had a nice dashboard you could customize to show meetings scheduled for that day, your “To Do” list and pretty much any other info you wanted from the program. But it was VERY costly - about $3K for year.

The new owner of the company has switched over to ACT! but we’re finding it doesn’t do the things we want it to do and is not very user friendly.

Can someone recommend a program that they’ve used that would let us:
- log Tasks to ourselves and other users
- easily sort and pull info
- export lists, data to Excel
- preferably have a dashboard
- that’s affordable

Forgot to add that it also needs to integrate with Outlook - tracking emails to and from clients, etc.
Good point, Dances. Especially considering the fact that my boss has cut a lot of expenses by having us telecommute. So he’s not paying rent, utilities, etc. $3K sounds like a lot of money but when you break it into a month that’s $250 a month and $62.50 a week. Sounds pretty cheap to me! Plus I loved NetSuite - it did everything we needed and never had issues.
