The reason I ask is that I work in the grocery business and i think that the customer is one of the most important person in the business. I think that you should be attentive to the customer, without the customer we would not have the job, which equals no money. Or do you think the other way, your job is more important than the customer? Please let me know what you think. Thank you for your time and answers.
“getting others in trouble with the boss” is if they do not pay attention to the customer. I am not trying to suck up to the boss, just trying to increase sales through customer happiness and pleasure while shopping in my store while I am there. I do not want the customer to have a bad impression while I am on the clock.
