Often this is not true, however. These people are interested in having good business relationships, but they feel that businesses don’t care about them, and that CRM is not important to them. When people think businesses don’t care and the businesses think people don’t care, it becomes a vicious circle and no one wins.
In order to avoid these kinds of things, CRM has to return to businesses instead of being ignored like it has been in recent years.
